How will I be refunded?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet). Depending on your bank, it can take about 7 business days for the amount to show in your account.

For COD orders, we refund by UPI or bank transfer, whichever you prefer. We will ask you for the UPI ID or bank details when your refund is approved. Return shipping costs are not refundable. Some items may receive only a partial refund, as described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
