Cancel an order

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped. Call or WhatsApp us, or email care@dealzfry.com with your order number. If you paid online, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can refuse delivery or request a return as per our Returns and Refunds Policy.

We may cancel an order if an item goes out of stock, there is a pricing or listing error, or we cannot verify the order. If we cancel, any amount you paid is refunded in full.
